JSH <150A> announced its financial results for the first quarter of the 2025 fiscal year (April-June 24) with revenue of 0.967 billion yen, operating profit of 0.071 billion yen, ordinary profit of 0.071 billion yen, and net profit of 0.056 billion yen. As the quarterly financial statements for the first quarter of the 2024 fiscal year were not prepared, the year-on-year growth rate for the same period is not listed.

Sales revenue for regional revitalization business was 0.585 billion yen, with segment profit of 0.145 billion yen. The company provides support services for employment and retention for people with disabilities living in areas with limited employment opportunities, thereby eliminating the disparities between regions in terms of employment for people with disabilities. In the first quarter, we established a system to support the development and improvement of the vocational abilities of people with disabilities in agricultural use companies, and we have been working to establish a system to cope with various challenges and needs faced by companies, utilizing the knowledge and accumulated know-how in home health care businesses. We have also strengthened the total solution business to create new value for companies engaged in employing people with disabilities, resulting in smooth acquisition of contracts from new and existing service-using companies. At the end of the first quarter, we had run 17 agricultural gardens in Nagasaki, Miyazaki, Kumamoto, Saga, Fukuoka, and Oita prefectures. In addition, we have been expanding sales of attractive local products and promoting tourism in areas such as educational trip experience lodgings to revitalize the local community.

Sales revenue for home health care business was 0.382 billion yen, with segment profit of 0.05 billion yen. The company aims to provide high-quality in-home medical care and visiting nurse services through collaboration with medical institutions, etc. and to work toward the realization of a community-oriented society. In the first quarter, Cordiale Miyazaki, Cordiale Oita, and Cordiale Saga, which were categorized as regional revitalization businesses due to organizational restructuring, joined, and at the end of the first quarter, 16 nursing stations and 4 sales offices were operating at a total of 20 locations in Hokkaido, Tokyo, Saitama, Osaka, Miyazaki, Oita, and Saga prefectures. In addition, we have started efforts to comply with the mandatory online prescription claim and online qualification confirmation in home visits and promote medical DX initiatives to build a system that can effectively utilize medical information, streamline administrative work, and improve the treatment of nurses and others through the calculation of the base-up evaluation fees, which were newly established due to the revision of medical service fees in fiscal year 2024 as we work toward providing higher-quality in-home medical care and visiting nurse services.

As for the financial estimates for the 2025 fiscal year, sales revenue is expected to be 4.111 billion yen, an increase of 18.1% compared to the previous year, with operating profit of 0.258 billion yen, an increase of 24.2% compared to the previous year, ordinary profit of 0.256 billion yen, an increase of 31.5% compared to the previous year, and net profit of 0.192 billion yen, an increase of 32.6% compared to the previous year, maintaining the initial plan.
