Nio (NYSE: NIO) sub-brand Onvo saw the first production vehicle of its debut model, the L60, roll off the assembly line, and interior details are being made public.

The first production vehicle of the Onvo L60 rolled off the assembly line today at Nio's F2 plant in NeoPark, Hefei, Anhui province, where Onvo's president, Ai Tiecheng, delivered the vehicle to Xia Qinghua, who heads Onvo's user operations and service operations.

Ai is a Nio ES8 Founding Edition owner and his vehicle was delivered on July 3, 2018 by Xia.

Xia will drive 20,000 kilometers in China with his Onvo L60 over the next 36 days to continue testing the model.

The first production vehicle of the Onvo L60 is numbered 0000001, possibly signaling Nio's hope that the model will be able to sell one million units in the future.

The Onvo L60 is the 12th model under the Nio system, sharing manufacturing equipment and processes with the main Nio brand, Onvo said.

Before the model begins deliveries, it went through more than 5,000 testing processes to ensure quality, Onvo said.

The Onvo L60 has accumulated more than 6.77 million kilometers of testing, far exceeding industry standards, according to the brand.

As the L60 begins production, its interior is no longer a secret.
