The total amount of the third phase super short-term financing bonds is RMB 1 billion, with a term of 268 days, a face value of RMB 100 yuan, an issue interest rate of 1.97%, an interest start date of August 14, 2024, and a payment date of May 9, 2025. China Citic Bank Corporation acted as the bookkeeper and organized the underwriting group, and issued the third phase of super short-term financing bonds publicly through bookkeeping and centralized distribution in the domestic interbank bond market.
All of the funds raised from the third phase of super short-term financing bonds will be used to repay loans of the company's subsidiaries.
