The number of introductions of 'bulk acceptance services for condominiums' has reached 2,245 buildings and 178,502 households. In addition, 'condominium disaster prevention services' have been contracted for three buildings and 441 households.
Sales revenue for the green energy business was 21.196 billion yen, with a segment profit of 1.95 billion yen. The performance was contributed by the growth in sales electricity during the first quarter due to the summer heat, as well as the steady progress in the number of contracts for market price-linked rate plans and others. The number of contracts at the end of this consolidated fiscal year is 7,511, and the ratio of renewable energy in the supply contract is 82.5%.
The sales revenue for the Energy DX business was 1.911 billion yen, with a segment profit of 0.34 billion yen. In addition to continuing to receive orders from existing customers who are energy companies, the company has newly started to receive orders for the business operations of regional new electricity companies in which local governments participate. At the end of this consolidated fiscal year, the number of end users (where the company indirectly provides services) for energy companies was 425,000.
For the consolidated performance forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2025, the company expects sales revenue of 44.016 billion yen, 13.7% higher than the previous year, operating profit of 3.13 billion yen, 12.1% higher than the previous year, ordinary profit of 3.084 billion yen, 11.4% higher than the previous year, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders of 2.198 billion yen, 10.6% higher than the previous year.
