In view of the fact that the transferor has actually paid in 2 million yuan RMB, the transfer price for this transaction is 2 million yuan RMB, and the company will subsequently assume the responsibility of paying in 8 million yuan RMB. The company plans to sign a 'Partnership Agreement of Nanjing Horun Shuoke Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)' with all relevant parties after the completion of this transfer, becoming one of the limited partners of Horun Shuoke, holding 9.9950% of its partnership share.
