On August 15th, Gelonghui reported that Sanan Optoelectronics (600703.SH) stated on the investor interaction platform that Hunan Sanan is one of the few domestic silicon carbide industry chain vertical integration manufacturing platforms, including crystal growth, substrate preparation, epitaxial growth, chip process, packaging and testing; now it has a supporting capacity of 16,000 pieces/month of silicon carbide. Currently, the product yield level at Hunan Sanan is at the forefront in China and continues to steadily improve. 6-inch silicon carbide substrates and epitaxial wafers have been shipped in bulk to international customers, and 8-inch substrates have been trial produced in small batches and verified on the customer side. Silicon carbide diodes have launched G5 series products suitable for the photovoltaic field, industrial-grade SiC MOSFETs have achieved mass production, and automobile-grade SiC MOSFETs have been introduced for reliability verification at key new energy automotive customers. Sanan Optoelectronics will keep up with the market trends, focus on product research and development, promote capacity acceleration release, continuously provide customers with high-quality products and services, and contribute to expanding the company's profitability.
