On August 15, 2024, Suntrust and contractor (EE Black) signed a supply and delivery agreement (EE Black). Suntrust appointed contractor (EE Black) as the supplier and delivery contractor for the project, at a contract amount of 0.719 billion pesos (equivalent to approximately HKD 95.921 million); and an installation agreement (EE Black), Suntrust appointed contractor (EE Black) as the installation contractor for the project, at a contract amount of 0.18 billion pesos (equivalent to approximately HKD 24.046 million).
