Fisco Japan ·  Aug 15 22:36

On the 15th, Kasumigaseki Capital <3498> announced that it has decided to change its shareholder benefits system for the fiscal year ending August 2025.

The current shareholder benefit system introduces the "Kasumigaseki Capital Premium Benefit Club," which allows shareholders to choose their favorite products from a variety of commodities, as well as hotel points for the company's group hotel brands (fav, FAV LUX, seven x seven) based on the number of points held by shareholders. In the future, the company will change the system so that shareholders can exchange their points for hotel points at the company's group hotels, as well as for a lineup of service-related commodities from the company's group.

In addition, shareholders who hold the company's stock for a long period of time will expand their long-term holding benefits. The current long-term holding benefits setting, which is only for the second year and after, will be expanded to the third to fifth year, and set to provide more shareholder benefit points based on the number of shares held.

For shareholders who hold 100-199 shares, the initial year will be 5,000 points, the second year and after will be 5,500 points, the third year and after will be 6,000 points, the fourth year and after will be 6,500 points, and the fifth year and after will be 7,500 points.

For shareholders who hold 200-1,999 shares, the initial year will have an additional 5,000 points for every 100 additional shares held, the second year and after will be 1.1 times the initial year's points, the third year and after will be 1.2 times the initial year's points, the fourth year and after will be 1.3 times the initial year's points, and the fifth year and after will receive 1.5 times the initial year's points.

For shareholders who hold 2,000 shares or more, the initial year will be 100,000 points, the second year and after will be 110,000 points, the third year and after will be 120,000 points, the fourth year and after will be 130,000 points, and the fifth year and after will receive 150,000 points in the initial year.

Note that shareholders recorded or registered in the shareholder registry as of the end of August 2025 will receive the initial year's benefit points regardless of their holding period at that time.
