The company plans to acquire a new building in the northern area of Kumamoto Prefecture, where infrastructure for the concentration of domestic semiconductor-related companies and large-scale investment plans for expanding the business foundation for supporting disabled employment are underway. It is planned to open a farm after September 2025. The company will receive the property from Daiwa House Industry <1925> at a purchase price of 0.55 billion yen, and will receive possession at the end of June 2025 (scheduled). The funds will be used through self-funding and borrowings.
The company will have the opportunity to show the operation methods of the farm and its solutions for retention support to managers and staff members in the management, personnel, and management planning departments of major domestic companies. The company aims to make the new farm in the same region a place where it proposes an idea of symbiosis that supports the region as a flagship base in Kyushu and shows examples of inclusion through the farm.
