Starting from August 16, 2024, it will be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the trading code of 508002. The fund will be referred to as "Bailian Consumer" and the expanded name will be referred to as "Hua'an Bailian Consumer REIT". The Hua'an Bailian Consumer REIT eventually raised 1 billion fund units at a sale price of 2.332 yuan per unit. The net amount of fund raising was 2.332 billion yuan.
