According to the Futubull Real Estate Investment Trust (00808), its revenue in the middle of 2024 was about HKD 0.215 billion, a decrease of 1.1% year-on-year; the net property income was about HKD 0.165 billion, a decrease of 1.7% year-on-year; the distributable income was HKD 98.2 million, a decrease of 13.7% year-on-year; and the distribution per fund unit was HKD 0.0638. The occupancy rate and tenant renewal rate of the property portfolio remained stable at 94.9% and 70.5%, respectively.
The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to pressure on rental levels and vacancy rates in office properties.
