Yihuatong (02402) announced that it expects to incur a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of approximately RMB 0.07651 billion during the six months ended June 30, 2024 (the "Reporting Period"), an increase of approximately 80% compared to the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the six months ended June 30, 2023. This change is mainly due to (1) an increase in the company's bank loan interest expenses on a year-on-year basis during the Reporting Period; (2) a decrease in overall gross margin during the Reporting Period, leading to a year-on-year decrease in gross profit; and (3) a year-on-year decrease in foreign exchange gains and losses recognized due to changes in exchange rates during the Reporting Period.
