The employee share ownership plan aims to (i) establish a mutual interest between eligible participants, the company and its shareholders; (ii) incentivize and attract eligible participants to increase the value of the company and its shares for the benefit of the company and eligible participants; and (iii) recognize and encourage eligible participants to contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the group.
