Shenwu Energy Saving (000820.SZ) announced on August 16th that, according to the notice letter "Request for Return of Distributed Property under the Restructuring Plan" from the Nanjing Branch of China Bank, it has signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with the Nanjing Branch of China Bank to transfer 1.9732 million shares of Wuhan Juncheng Investment Co., Ltd. acquired by the company to the Nanjing Branch of China Bank for a zero consideration. At the same time, the company's management is authorized to handle all matters related to this equity transfer and debt transfer, including but not limited to signing relevant agreements and documents, handling business changes and equity registration procedures, etc.
