China International Capital Corporation's research report pointed out that Ningmeng Media may be removed from the Hong Kong Stock Connect due to a decrease in market value, insufficient liquidity, or violations of relevant regulations.
On the secondary market, Ningmeng Media's stock price has fallen nearly 30% this year, and it hit a historical low of 5 Hong Kong dollars yesterday. As of now, the stock price closed at 5.09 Hong Kong dollars.
On August 9th, Ningmeng Media issued an announcement that the group is expected to have a net loss of approximately RMB 50 million to RMB 55 million in the first half of 2024, while it had a net profit of approximately RMB 0.131 billion in the first half of 2023; and the group is expected to have a net loss of approximately RMB 47 million to RMB 52 million after adjustment in the first half of 2024, while it had a net profit of approximately RMB 0.139 billion after adjustment in the first half of 2023.
