IJM Perennial Inks Hospitality And 5G Deal For The Light City
IJM Perennial Development a joint-venture company between IJM Corporation Berhad and Perennial Holdings Private Limited, the master developer of The Light City, Penang has inked mutiple mou's to furhther enhance the mixed development project.
IJM Perennial Development——IJM公司 Berhad和Perennial Holdings Private Limited成立的合资公司，是槟城The Light City的主开发商，与四家著名企业签署了多份谅解备忘录，以进一步改善这个综合开发项目。
Three agreements were signed with four renowned industry players, namely a tripartite for 5G-ready infrastructure, a hotel franchise agreement and a hotel management agreement with Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd and GlobalComm Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. A hotel franchise agreement with Hyatt International – Asia Pacific to introduce the JdV by Hyatt
brand to The Light City and another hotel management agreement with Galaxy Minyoun Hotel the reputable Chinese hotel brand which is marking its first venture into Southeast Asia and its second international presence after Uzbekistan in 2022.
与四家著名企业，即一家面向5G的三方基础设施协议、与Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd和GlobalComm Telecommunications Sdn Bhd签订的酒店特许经营协议和酒店管理协议、以及东南亚地区首次进入和乌兹别克斯坦之后的著名中国酒店品牌Galaxy Minyoun Hotel签订的另一份酒店特许经营协议。Hyatt International——亚太区与JdV合作引进JdV品牌至The Light City，签订了另一份酒店管理协议。
