Mingke International (08100) announced its 2024 interim results. The group obtained revenue of HK$62.942 million, an increase of 44.69% over the previous year; profit attributable to the company's owners of HK$0.191 million, a loss of HK$2.951 million in the same period last year; and a profit of HK0.04 cents per share.
The net profit earned during the period was mainly due to the combined impact of the following: the software business obtained a segmented profit of approximately HK$5.652 million (2023: approximately HK$4.746 million); the securities investment business obtained a segment profit of approximately HK$2.45 million (2023: loss of approximately HK$2.166 million); and the enterprise management solutions and IT contract services business achieved a segmental profit of approximately HK$0.091 million (2023: approximately 0.612 million) HK$ million); the B2C online sales platform and B2B product trading business obtained partial profit of approximately HK$0.126 million (2023: loss of approximately HK$0.026 million); offset by other corporate expenses of approximately HK$6.475 million (2023: approximately HK$5.437 million).
