On August 19th, Gelonhui (300959.SZ) announced that it had jointly signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Shenzhen Institute of Computing Sciences (referred to as "Shen Suan Yuan") on August 19, 2024, agreeing to form deep cooperation in the development and marketing of software related to data factors, AI empowerment of online and offline marketing related applications.
Collaboration areas: 1) Development and marketing of software related to data factors, including but not limited to basic software industry deployment, secondary development, and marketing promotion for data quality enhancement systems, data analysis systems, etc.; 2) AI-empowered business for online and offline marketing related operations, including but not limited to personalized recommendations, AI-powered content creation, online and offline marketing delivery analysis and assistance, customer relationship management, etc.
