Hao Bai Intl. (08431) announced completion of debt capitalization by issuing new shares under general authorization by the board of directors. All the conditions of the agreement have been achieved and delivery has been finalized on August 19th, 2024. A total of 22.568 million capitalized shares have been successfully allocated and issued to creditors at the subscription price of HKD 0.135 per share, according to the terms of the agreement. Capitalized shares represent approximately 6.79% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the issuance of capitalized shares following completion.
