Sichuan Expressway (00107) announced that on August 19, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shudao Chengyu Investment and Investment Fund of CMB Capital signed a strategic investment agreement. Accordingly, Shudao Chengyu Investment agreed to subscribe to a portion of the infrastructure fund to be raised and managed by the Investment Fund as fund manager for an amount not exceeding RMB 0.2 billion.
