Zhishang Finance News App announced that Zhongshen Construction (02503) expects the attributable surplus (excluding listing expenses) of the company will be reduced from approximately RMB 13.154 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023, to no less than approximately RMB 1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
The main reason for the expected reduction in surplus in this period is (i) a decrease in the number of construction projects compared to the same period last year, resulting in reduced income; and (ii) an increase in professional and other administrative expenses after the company's shares were listed on the Stock Exchange.
