During the reporting period, Ping An Health resolutely implemented the management-style medical global strategy, and continued to deepen the construction of the two core hubs of "Family Doctor" and "Retirement Butler". In the first half of the year, the company's revenue was 2.09 billion yuan, achieving net profit for the first time exceeding 60 million by reversing the loss, and the adjusted net profit was nearly 90 million.
During the period, the "Ping An Home Doctor" membership service brand of family doctors was comprehensively upgraded, building a "11312" one-stop proactive health management service system. The number of users for home doctor member rights and interests exceeded 14 million, and the average annual usage frequency per person exceeded 4 times, an 8% increase from the end of 2023, and the proactive service coverage rate reached 100%. At the same time, we further built a "three-in-one" retirement butler that integrates intelligent housekeepers, life housekeepers, and doctor housekeepers, and continued to deepen the construction of a scene service system such as medical treatment, residence, care, and happiness. At present, home-based elderly care services have covered 64 cities nationwide, an increase of 10 cities from the end of last year, and the number of users' rights has increased by about 50% compared with the end of last year.
