The petition claims an outstanding debt totaling 8.9604 million Hong Kong dollars, including 7.95 million Hong Kong dollars of unpaid principal of the acceptance notes issued to the petitioner on May 6, 2016, and accrued interest of 1.0104 million Hong Kong dollars as of July 31, 2023, until July 22, 2024.
