On August 21, Huahai Chengke (688535.SH) released its semi-annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 155.3195 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.03%; realized a total profit of 27.684 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 122.68%; and achieved a net income attributable to the owner of the parent company of 24.8944 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 105.87%. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.00 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders.
During the reporting period, the company continued to increase its investment in research and development, aligned with the application demand of advanced packaging materials. With the help of raised funds and its own capital, the company strengthened the research and development of related product technologies and basic technical research, while continuing to increase its investment in advanced equipment, research funds, and human resources. The company carried out comprehensive upgrades of intermediate production and pilot lines, purchased three new sets of pilot extruders, completed the transformation of the pilot non-ferrous production line, added ball mills, high mixers, post-mixers, and magnetic separators for pilot production, and improved the control systems for intermediate material storage and semi-finished product storage, transforming the inherent state of on-site operations of the pilot production line and comprehensively enhancing the technical development and management level of the R&D pilot platform.
