On August 22, Geek Park announced that in order to further enhance the company's core competitiveness in the aerospace information field, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the transfer and transformation of the scientific and technological achievements of the "Space Eye" remote sensing intelligent large model between the Chinese Academy of Sciences Aerospace Information Innovation Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "the main contract") with the Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2023. The agreement stipulates that the Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology authorizes the company to have the exclusive right to use the intellectual property of the Space Eye large model and transfers the intellectual property and dataset of the intelligent algorithm to the company. After equal consultation, an agreement was reached on the transfer, authorization, and payment of fees for the remote sensing intelligent large model (hereinafter referred to as "Space Eye Large Model") and the related technological achievements. The company and GeoVis Technology Co., Ltd. intend to sign a three-party supplemental agreement on the strategic cooperation agreement between the Chinese Academy of Sciences Aerospace Information Innovation Research Institute and GeoVis Technology Co., Ltd. for the transfer and transformation of the scientific and technological achievements of the "Space Eye" remote sensing intelligent large model and the coordinated innovation and development (hereinafter referred to as the "supplemental agreement"). The supplemental agreement stipulates that the Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences authorizes the company to have the exclusive right to use the intellectual property of the Space Eye large model, and the license fee is 7.0085 million yuan; the intellectual property and dataset of the intelligent algorithm are transferred to the company, and the transfer fee is 3.0366 million yuan.
