Qianhai Health (00911.HK) announced on August 23 that Mr. Yuan Zili was transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director and no longer served as the chairman of the audit committee, effective from August 23, 2024.
The board of directors further announced that Mr. Chen Liguang has resigned as an executive director, effective from September 21, 2024, in order to participate in other matters.
