Nacity Property Service Group (603506.SH) announced its semi-annual report on August 23. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 889.3055 million, a decrease of 4.45% year-on-year, and a net income attributable to the mother of 20.5332 million, a decrease of 77.78% year-on-year, and a non-recurring profit attributable to the mother of 53.8527 million, a decrease of 27.94% year-on-year.
During the reporting period, the company focused on consolidating its advantages in the Yangtze River Delta region and improving various market marketing incentive systems, while increasing its market expansion efforts. In the first half of the year, 56 new projects were signed with a contracted area of 7.9213 million square meters, an increase of 34.2% compared to the same period last year. As of the end of the reporting period, the total number of signed projects was 685, with a total contracted area of 85.994 million square meters, of which the Yangtze River Delta region (four provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Anhui) accounted for 88.3%, which is basically the same as the end of 2023.
