Ten Pao Group (01979.HK) announced that the income for the six months ending June 30, 2024 increased by 5.6% compared to the same period last year, reaching HK$2.47 billion. The attributable net profit of the company's shareholders increased by 28.6% compared to the same period last year, reaching HK$0.176 billion. The basic earnings per share increased from 13 Hong Kong cents in 2023 to 17 Hong Kong cents. The board of directors has approved the distribution of an interim dividend of 5.2 Hong Kong cents per ordinary share for the six months ending June 30, 2024 (2023: 2.8 Hong Kong cents per ordinary share).
