Greentown Management Holdings (09979.HK) announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2024, the company's revenue reached RMB 1.67 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.8%; gross profit reached RMB 0.86 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.7%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the company reached RMB 0.501 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.8%; operating cash flow from the company's operations reached RMB 77.5 million for the reporting period, and the company has no bank liabilities.

In the first half of 2024, the company continued to maintain its leading position in the real estate development services sector, maintaining a market share of more than 20% for eight consecutive years in the construction industry. It has won many awards, such as "2024 China Real Estate Construction and Operation Leading Enterprise TOP1", "Construction Comprehensive Ability" TOP1, "2024 China Construction Enterprise Comprehensive Strength TOP1", and "2024 China Real Estate Construction Enterprise Top 10 Brands NO.1". As of June 30, 2024, the company's construction projects have been laid out in 128 major cities in 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, with a total contracted building area of 122.8 million square meters, an increase of 8.1% compared to the same period last year.

Under the national layout, the main economic regions (including the Bohai Economic Rim, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, the Yangtze River Delta economic belt, the Pearl River Delta economic belt, and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration) continue to maintain a significant proportion: the estimated total sales value of contracted projects is RMB 674.7 billion, accounting for 75.6% of the total sales value; among them, the Yangtze River Delta economic belt projects account for RMB 293.6 billion, or 32.9%, the Bohai Economic Rim and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration projects account for RMB 222 billion, or 24.9%, the Pearl River Delta economic belt projects account for RMB 115.9 billion, or 13.0%, and the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration projects account for RMB 43.1 billion, or 4.8%.
