Following Mr. Xie Qiangming's resignation as executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 23, 2024, Ra Silk Road (00274.HK) announced that Mr. Xie will no longer be the authorized representative of the company.
Mr. Lin Guanhui, the joint company secretary, has been appointed as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules, effective from August 26, 2024.
