Wealthmax announced on August 26th that for the 6-month interim performance ending on June 30, 2024, the group's revenue was approximately RMB 0.827 billion, a decrease of about 6.6% from the same period in 2023. The company's shareholders' deficit amounted to approximately RMB 7.157 million (June 30, 2023: surplus of approximately RMB 0.133 billion). The loss per share was 0.01 yuan.

The decrease in revenue is mainly due to the difficulty in sustaining economic recovery after the epidemic, coupled with intense competition in the dining industry, resulting in a decrease in store traffic. Although the group's dining business has gradually recovered from the epidemic, the post-epidemic economic recovery has not been sustained, leading to reduced revenue and consumption downgrading. The catering industry still faces many difficulties, but the group will not stop. It will actively explore new stores under the premise of careful site selection, allowing more customers to taste the delicious flavors of Ajisen Ramen.

The group currently operates 575 restaurants, and the effective operation of the restaurants relies entirely on effective management and enhanced staff training. The group also strengthens the guidance and training of restaurant managers and regional supervisors. By continuously improving the grassroots management standards, it aims to enhance the operational efficiency of each restaurant.
