During the reporting period, the company achieved a revenue of 99.2498 million yuan, of which the main part was decoration revenue of 76.4411 million yuan, revenue from the sale of investment real estate business was 14.1486 million yuan, property leasing and other revenue was 8.6601 million yuan. The operating income decreased by 24.99% compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the lower decoration income obtained by the company in this reporting period compared to the property sales income in the same period last year. The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 2.538 million yuan, a decrease of 72.59% from 9.2607 million yuan in the same period last year, mainly due to the lower decoration income and related profits obtained by the company during this reporting period compared to the property sales income and related profits in the same period last year.
