Under the sixteenth financing leasing agreement, oil & gas extraction equipment located in Turkmenistan is to be stored. The lessor agrees to purchase lease assets sixteen from the lessee for 11 million yuan.
Directors believe that entering into the sixteenth financing leasing transaction will enhance the liquidity of lessee sixteen, improve its working capital position to optimize its assets and debt structure, and support its business and operational activities. The proceeds from the sixteenth financing leasing transaction will be used to repay bank loans, purchase equipment, and increase the general operating capital needs of the group.
