(referred to as 'Quan Zhen Medical') and its existing shareholders. According to the agreement, the company will invest 27.94 million yuan of its own funds in Quan Zhen Medical. After this investment is completed, the company will hold 20.5532% of Quan Zhen Medical's shares.
