On August 28, Zhenro Services (06958.HK) announced that as of June 30, 2024, the group's revenue was approximately RMB 0.548 billion, a decrease of about 9.6% year-on-year; gross profit reached approximately RMB 0.111 billion, a decrease of about 29.0% year-on-year; the group incurred a loss of approximately RMB 14.9 million during the reporting period, while the profit for the same period in 2023 was approximately RMB 15.4 million; the loss attributable to the owners of the parent company was approximately RMB 15.1 million for the reporting period, while the profit attributable to the owners of the parent company for the same period in 2023 was approximately RMB 15.4 million.
The group's revenue mainly comes from four major business areas: (i) property management services; (ii) non-owner value-added services; (iii) community value-added services; and (iv) commercial operation management services. During the reporting period, (i) property management services remained the largest source of revenue for the group, reaching approximately RMB 0.412 billion, accounting for approximately 75.1% of the overall revenue, an increase of approximately 2.1% compared to the approximately RMB 0.403 billion in the same period of 2023; (ii) revenue from non-owner value-added services was approximately RMB 32.3 million, accounting for approximately 5.9% of the overall revenue, a decrease of about 22.6% compared to the approximately RMB 41.7 million in the same period of 2023; (iii) revenue from community value-added services was approximately RMB 62.2 million, accounting for approximately 11.3% of the overall revenue, a decrease of about 35.7% compared to the approximately RMB 96.7 million in the same period of 2023; and (iv) revenue from commercial operation management services was approximately RMB 42 million, accounting for approximately 7.7% of the overall revenue, a decrease of about 35.1% compared to the approximately RMB 64.7 million in the same period of 2023.
