China Citic Bank Corporation (00998) announced that Gan Meixia has resigned (i) as the joint company secretary of the bank, and (ii) as the representative of the bank for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in accordance with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Exchange and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) in Hong Kong, effective from August 28, 2024.
The second meeting of the seventh board of directors of the bank reviewed and approved the Proposal on the Appointment of the Joint Company Secretary of the Bank. The board of directors announced the appointment of Zhang Yuefen as the joint company secretary of the bank and as the representative of the bank for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong, effective from August 28, 2024. Zhang Qing will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
