According to the announcement of Baguio Green Group (01397) on its interim results for the 6-month period ending June 30, 2024, the group has generated a profit of HKD 1.291 billion, a YoY increase of 16.6%; the attributable profit to equity shareholders of the company is HKD 24.271 million, a YoY increase of 11.16%; and the earnings per share is 5.85 HK cents.
Clean, as the core business of the group, continues to grow in the period, with revenue increasing by 20.1% compared to the same period last year, to approximately HKD 1.035 billion, accounting for approximately 80.2% of the total revenue of the group. The gross profit of the clean business increased by 7.6% to approximately HKD 66.4 million, mainly due to the new clean service contracts with various government departments and institutions.
