According to the announcement by TK New Energy (08326), at 4:00 PM on August 22, 2024 (Thursday) (which is the deadline for subscription of the unallocated shares by the placement agent), all 0.115 billion unallocated shares have been successfully allocated to no less than six underwriters at a price of HKD 0.1 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. Therefore, there will be no net income available for distribution to non-participating shareholders under the compensation arrangement.
Based on the acceptance result of the rights issue and the allocation result of the compensation arrangement, 0.409 billion shares will be issued and distributed as subscription shares, which is equivalent to 100% of the total number of subscription shares available for subscription under the rights issue.
