Zhong ao home (01538) released its interim performance for the six months ending June 30, 2024, and the Group achieved revenue of 0.889 billion yuan (same unit), a year-on-year increase of 3.85%; the profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 50.807 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.67%; earnings per share were 0.059 yuan.
Although the second half of 2024 will still be challenging and uncertain, the Group will continue to maintain its advantages as an independent property management company by providing high-quality services and competitive operational efficiency with market peers. The Group will actively establish stable cooperative relationships with leading property developers and/or property management service providers in various regions, as well as explore potential projects.
