Wisetone Financial News APP reports that Yisou Technology (02550) announced that Ms. Feng Baoting has resigned as (i) joint company secretary of the company; (ii) in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as the authorized representative of the company to accept legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong, effective from August 30, 2024.
Ms. Au Wing Sze has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal process documents to replace Ms. Feng, effective from August 30, 2024. Mr. Chan Kwan will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
