The net profit attributable to the parent company's owners was 58.018 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.84%. Basic earnings per share were 0.2 yuan.
According to the announcement, property management services remain the largest source of revenue for the group. For the six months ended June 30, 2024, the revenue from property management services was approximately 0.276 billion yuan, accounting for 88.2% of the total revenue of the group. This revenue growth can be attributed to an increase in managed floor area. The decrease in revenue generated from non-owner value-added services is mainly due to a reduction in sales office management services and maintenance services. The increase in revenue from community value-added services is mainly due to an increase in revenue from decoration and move-in services.
