On the evening of August 30, board of directors secretary Zhu Xu of Vanke Group stated at the Vanke 2024 mid-term performance presentation that in the first half of the year, Vanke Group added 61.2 billion yuan in financing and refinancing (accumulated repayment of 52.4 billion yuan), with a comprehensive cost of 3.66%, of which 3.60% was domestic, hitting a historic low. The financing model continues to transform. Operational property loans totaled 21.9 billion yuan, with 15 billion yuan added on balance sheet; "white list" projects reported 175 according to the principle of "report as should be reported". Syndicated loans progressed orderly, with cm bank leading a 20 billion yuan syndicated loan in May; additionally, a bank of communications 6.5 billion yuan fixed financing asset package financing was obtained in June. The weighted average debt maturity extended to 5.3 years, with the proportion of overseas liabilities reduced to 16.7%.
