Zhongshi Minan (08283) announced its performance for the six months ended June 30, 2024, with revenue of 9.433 million Singapore dollars, a 20.4% year-on-year decrease; the loss attributable to owners of the parent company was 1.754 million Singapore dollars, compared to a profit of 1.114 million Singapore dollars in the same period last year; basic loss per share was 0.11 Singapore cents.
During the period, revenue from Singapore business decreased by 15.3% to 8.75 million Singapore dollars, mainly due to a decrease in sales of exported parts. Revenue from mainland China also decreased by 51.4% to 0.68 million Singapore dollars, mainly due to a decline in consumer demand and economic downturn.
