Analabs Acquires RM22.9 Million In Maybank Securities

Analabs Berhad announced that it had acquired quoted securities in Malayan Banking Berhad during the period from 28 August 2024 to 30 August 2024 for which the aggregate of the purchase consideration amounting to RM22.9 million.
Analabs Berhad宣布，于2024年8月28日至2024年8月30日期间收购马来亚银行Berhad的报价证券，购买考虑金额总计为RM2290万。
The total acquisitions has now exceeded 5% the group's total audited consolidated net assets as at 30 April 2024.
总收购额现已超过2024年4月30日公司合并净资产的5%。
The company said the acquisitions was carried out with the intention of deriving dividend income and for potential capital gains.
该公司表示，收购是为了获取股利收入和潜在的资本收益。
