Recently, Shoucheng Holdings (00697.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yitingche (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd. has been selected for the transfer of the operating rights of Tianjin Binhai International Airport parking business. It has signed an "Operating Rights Transfer Agreement" with Tianjin Binhai International Airport Co., Ltd., obtaining the operating/management rights for a total of 0.325 million square meters and approximately 2,842 parking spaces in the social parking lot, ground staff parking lot, and taxi parking lot at Tianjin Binhai International Airport for 4 years, with the option to renew the agreement once.
Tianjin Binhai International Airport is positioned as a regional hub airport, a China International Aviation Logistics Center, one of the first-class national aviation ports open to the outside world, and one of China's major aviation freight centers.
