Gelonghui, September 2nd - Bencuan Intelligent (300964.SZ) announced that in order to promote the strategic layout in key industries and fields, further enhance the company's core competitiveness and improve the company's capital operation efficiency, the company signed a "Shenzhen Baotengfu Shun Entrepreneurial Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with professional investment institution Shenzhen Baoteng Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baoteng Capital") and other limited partners on September 2, 2024. The partners jointly invested to establish Shenzhen Baotengfu Shun Entrepreneurial Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Baotengfu Shun", tentative name, subject to the name approved by the industrial and commercial registration authority). The total subscribed capital of all partners is 150 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, subscribed 30 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 20.00% of the total subscribed capital.
The venture enterprise's external investment should focus on the following areas: equity investments in strategic emerging industries supported and encouraged by the government, mainly focusing on the upstream and downstream segments of the Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics and Bencuan Intelligent industry chain, including: electronic components and equipment, new materials, semiconductors, computers, communications, new energy and other fields of enterprises or equity investment projects.
