The "Framework Contract for the Selection of China Telecom IPTV Intelligent Set-top Box Products (2024-2025) Centralized Procurement Project (First Round) Equipment and Related Services - Shenzhen Zhaoneng" (referred to as the "Framework Contract") signed with China Telecom Group Co., Ltd., and China Telecom Corporation Limited is a routine business contract for Shenzhen Zhaoneng, with a maximum tax-inclusive amount of approximately 35.8278 million yuan. The signing of this framework contract will not have a significant impact on the performance of the listed company this year.
