The Traders Association has decided to accept the registration of the company's short-term financing instruments and medium-term notes. The main contents are as follows:
1. The registered amount of the company's short-term financing instruments is 1 billion yuan, and the registration limit is valid for 2 years from the date of this notice, jointly underwritten by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. and China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. The registered amount of the company's medium-term notes is 2 billion yuan, and the registration limit is valid for 2 years from the date of this notice, underwritten by Industrial Bank Co., Ltd.
2. During the valid registration period, the company can issue short-term financing instruments and medium-term notes in stages. If registration is required for issuance after registration, it should be filed with the Traders Association in advance. The company should conduct issuance management in accordance with the resolutions and relevant management requirements of the competent institutions. After the issuance is completed, the results should be disclosed through the channels recognized by the Traders Association.
