Shengnuo Biology (688117.SH) announced on September 3rd that the company recently received a notice from its shareholder, Lepu Medical Technology, regarding the shareholder's shareholding reduction plan. Due to the shareholder's own capital needs, Lepu Medical Technology plans to reduce its total holding of company shares by no more than 2,240,000 shares, which is no more than 2% of the total share capital of the company. The portion of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding will be conducted within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, and the total number of shares to be reduced within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 1% of the total share capital of the company. The portion of shares to be reduced through block trades will be conducted within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, and the total number of shares to be reduced within any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 2% of the total share capital of the company.
