Under this plan, the company may issue notes from time to time and can be denominated in any currency, subject to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and directives. The notes will not be publicly offered in Hong Kong, the United States, or any other jurisdiction.
The company has appointed CISI FIN Securities as the arranger and dealer.
